1. Scope of Service

Synapse ("the Service") provides AI-powered SEO gap analysis and content rewriting tools. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Intellectual Property

  • Your Content: You retain all rights to the text, URLs, and data you input into Synapse ("User Input").
  • AI Outputs: We hereby assign to you all right, title, and interest in and to the specific outputs generated by the AI for your User Inputs (e.g., the rewritten content and JSON-LD schema).
  • Platform IP: Synapse retains all rights to the underlying software, algorithms, interface, and the "Synapse" brand.

3. AI Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service uses generative AI, which may produce inaccurate or "hallucinated" results.

  • No Guarantee of Rankings: We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings or traffic improvements. SEO is influenced by many factors outside our control.
  • Review Required: You are solely responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content and code (including Schema markup) for accuracy and compliance before publishing.
  • Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synapse shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its outputs.

4. Prohibited Use

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code or underlying prompting strategies of the Synapse engine. Use of the Service to build a competing AI SEO product is strictly prohibited.

5. Payments & Credits

The Service operates on a prepaid credit system. Credits are purchased in advance and deducted upon running an analysis.All purchases are final and non-refundable once credits have been used or after 14 days of purchase, whichever comes first.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
