Welcome to Synapse ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and store your data when you use the Synapse platform.

2. Data We Collect

We collect the following types of information to provide our services:

  • Account Information: We use Firebase Authentication (Google Sign-In) to manage user accounts. We store your email address and authentication tokens.
  • Payment Information: All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
  • Usage Data: We collect inputs you provide, including competitor URLs, content text, and target keywords ("User Inputs"), to perform the requested analysis.

3. AI Processing & Third Parties

Synapse utilizes artificial intelligence to provide gap analysis and content rewriting services.

  • Google Gemini API: Your User Inputs are sent to the Google Gemini API for processing. Google's use of this data is governed by their API terms.
  • No Model Training: We do not use your User Inputs or the generated outputs to train our own proprietary AI models. Your content remains yours.

4. Data Retention

Analysis reports, including the gap analysis results and rewritten content, are stored in our Firestore database associated with your user ID. This allows you to access your "History" and retrieve past scans. You may request deletion of this history at any time.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can perform many of these actions directly within your account settings or History page. For complete account deletion, please contact support at support@cloudnerve.com.
